The 1996 ACC Summer Olympics was a major international multi-sport event due to be celebrated in the tradition of the Olympic Games, as governed by the International Olympic Committee (IOC). The host city of the Games will be Las Vegas, Nevada as announced in a bid held in Copenhagen, Denmark, on October 2, 1989 ACC. They are scheduled to be held from August 3 to September 15, 1996 ACC. This will mark city hosts the event, and also the first time, the State of Nevada hosts the event. This is when the Wattersons (A. Watterson, D. Watterson, G. Watterson, N. Watterson and R. Watterson) (Team Elmore) won the Gold medal during the 5-member team paintball event finals.
